VERY DISSAPOINTING When you have been supporting a builder for many years and then they simply decide that will not adhere to an agreement.

Dear Louise & Oom Koos, Please refer to the attached emails. In October last year, we discussed withholding R5,000 pending the return of the door installers to complete the outstanding work. I also followed up with Oom Koos in December, as well as through numerous WhatsApp messages thereafter. As reflected in the email correspondence, it was clearly understood that the R5,000 was being retained due to the incomplete work, and despite repeated follow-ups, we have received no resolution or response. As our property has now been sold, we are working against strict deadlines that must be met. Should I not receive a response from you by close of business on 11 May 2026, I will have no alternative but to appoint another contractor to complete the outstanding work. It is particularly disappointing that, as fellow Freemasons, this matter has been handled in this manner. As your company has failed to honour the agreement, you leave me with little option but to share this experience publicly on social media.
