Blue Diamond Textiles has to take the onion award for the worst website ever created. Impossible to navigate and advertise themselves as "wholesalers" requiring clients to register before purchasing. They then forward a quote which is nothing like the order placed, vague, without details and one can only imagine what you will expect when you receive the goods. When I took the time to send a courteous request to cancel the order explaining my reasons why, I received a short rude and curt reply from Zintle. I took the time and effort to let them know that I had found the exact product I was looking for on Temu and Light in the box only to be told "you get what you pay for". Well my arrogant friend, sometimes we do get exactly what we pay for with online shopping. Surprisingly good quality products at affordable rates and don't need to settle for second best from unfriendly, curt suppliers that disrespect their clients.
