Municipality Outsourced Negligence

I just want to worn everybody about the people that are outsourced by our municipality to maintain our sidewalks in Randburg. I was driving one Sunday morning, two weeks ago, on Republic Road towards William Nicol . As I crossed the second last robot before getting to William Nicol I heard a loud bang and my window was shuttered into pieces. I turned my car around, fetch my husband and return to the point where the incident occurred. We found the owner with his grass cutting crew who introduced himself as Harold from Blue Current Consulting. He promised that the window will be replaced. I have to forward him a quote and he will do the rest. I took some personal details and he assured me that it should take about a week for it to be processed. I forwarded the quotes and he acknowledge receipt thereof. By Friday he advised that the claim has been processed and he will forward the details by Monday. It is Friday again and I have received nothing from him as yet, he is not acknowledging any of my messages. The window remains unbroken with my children in the car.
