Excellent Customer Service and Great Product Quality
My name is Teboho Galane from North -West in Rustenburg ,I’m also one of this companies customer I bought a water slide from them and honestly I’m beyond happy their customer service is excellent,Yes just like everyone else I was skeptical to pay the 50% deposit to someone Iv never met or seen their Workshop I mean this is Mzansi we all know bad things are happening in South Africa,But after doing my research and thorough investigation I was comfortable to even pay full price when placing my order . Yesterday my Water Slide was delivered all the way from joburg to Rustenburg unfortunately we didn’t have electricity to test it but today we did test it and I’m very happy with the quality of this slide and looking forward to working with them again..They are legit I highly recommend them

Unsatisfactory service goods not delivered as promised
Unfortunately, I am disappointed and disgusted by the level of service I received from this company. I purchased a combo of Smeg kettle and toaster. Payment was made on the 28 November 2025 including delivery fee till today I haven’t received anything I am the one calling and texting on this no +***1. Today, I called and the guy told me that he has sent me a text and I checked but to my surprise now he blocked me I can’t get through that no. May I get assistance on how I can get my money back please.
