Wow Need court order to get statement

<p>I created an account with Blue Financial services in 2008. I went in to Debt review in 2008 and I have been paying every month since then. In October last year I asked for updated Balances from my Debt Counsellors in Which telephonic recorded as per my Debt counsellor confirmed that it was paid up and removed from my payment plan. I have completed paying of all my Debt since then but now when waiting for a paid up letter they say that I still have a balance outstanding. They unfortunately cant issue me with a statement as 1 They say I need a court order and 2 there systems are down. When speaking To Portia she quoted a different amount again which is more than the capital amount I borrowed in 2008 and is different to and amount quoted a month ago. Can you please assist as this is hampering me as I am Debt free at the moment . As per the national credit act a company is supposed to issue with statements on request or send you one monthly. Blue Financial services is not Doing it and is unable to give me any amount as they don’t know what the amount is and is uncooperative with my Debt counsellors .(Debt Busters).The fact they have been voice recorded stating that the debt has been settled and can be obtained from my Debt counsellors is fact that they as a business does in fact not know what is going on. Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.</p> <p> </p>
