Why do you have to pay fees to obtain a loan is this for real !!!

<p>Good day ,</p> <p>My husband has recently app**** for a loan and was approved . An initiation fee of R1250.00 was charged wich he had to pay in then transfer fee of R2500.00 was requested and now an insurance fee of R1999.00 has been requested to release the funds. Should all these fees not be included in the Service charge of the loan contract ? We nee answers Blue Finance and urgently !!</p>
