Still for details on title deed en ITC

on 19 February 2015, my ITC report show that I have 150 days arrears on my account, although I have paid up my bond account in August 2014. I contacted Herman from Blue en requested him to update my ITC profile and he agreed. On 4 March 2015 I checked my ITC report and nothing was done. I send Herman an e-mail enquiring about this and he hasn't responded.<br> <br> On 2 March 2015 I spoke to Freddy regarding the process of me obtaining my title deed and what I need to do from my side. He promised to send me an e-mail explaining the process and what I need to do or pay in order to get the process started. I am still waiting for the e-mail as he promised.
