Stiil waiting for title deed

I paid off my bond in August 2014 and until now I haven't received my title deed. Freddy explained, after a lot of compliance via HelloPeter, that for me to obtain he title deed I need to pay some costs to the attorney in order to kick start the process. I sent Freddy an e-mail on 16 March 2915 asking him to provide direction on how to kick start the process of me obtaining my title deed and he hasn't responded. I also asked him to send me the attorney's invoice, he didn't bother to respond to any of my requests
