statements, final settlement, feedback needed ASAP

I only found out after 2 years of trying to get hold of blue, that they not where they used to be, not even 1 branch in WP! I sent an email to [Email Removed] was asked to sent my id nr and I did. And that was it.... nothing. Again no communication.. its 2 weeks later already. I am realy worried about my house. I just want to settle. Then we mos out of each others hair. So please, please get back to me ASAP.
