Request for Title Deed/ Service

I have been requesting for my title deeds for months now and my bond is been paid up since August 2014.<br> I don't understand why is so difficult for Freddy/ Blue to explain what I need to do next to get my title deed. I requested Freddy to provide me with the details of the Attorneys handling my case and the invoice so that I can go ahead and make a payment and get my title deed but still he hasn't responded to any of my requests, I send e-mail since beginning of March and he hasn't bothered to give me a call or reply to my e-mails..
