NO FEEDBACK UNTIL I EMAIL

My name is Genendran Govender and i have had a EAO with Blue Financial Service. The EAO has been running for a very long time and deductions have been taken from my salary. Eventually i got hold of Grieta who assisted me and advised that my account is now settled and a recalculation needed to be done. Grieta provided me with the stop deduction letter and advised me that a possible refund would be due to me however she will not be able to provide me with the amount as it needs to be approved by management. This Query started in 31st March 2015 or even earlier I have email proof. since then i have asked Blue financial services for feedback regarding my refund and recalcultation and the feedback i have got since then is the following:<br> <br> We need to find out which of the companys needs to refund you.<br> I am waiting for managements approval from the share holders <br> We have moved offices. ETC ETC ( I have email proof)<br> <br> Today is the 13th May 2015 and i have not recieved any feedback from them. I only recieve feedback with excuses after i have emaiiled the company. I have even emailed one of the directors of the company and i have not recieved feedback.<br> <br> I
