Listed with Credit Bureau

To start with Blue financial services has listed me with credit Berea and till date no one has contact me or so and I once logged a complain with Trans Union as I have once faxed letter that I have been retrenched and company asked me for proof after 2 years I took a loan with credit u 2008 and was retrenched and fax my details to their brand that was in Johannesburg and its almost 6 years and no one is emailing or calling me to advise what's happening even after I logged a query with Trans Union till date I had to call Blue Financial Services I spoke to Tshepo Mokamsi who advised me that they don't have my account and with them its with another company that's called improper Solutions I called 1023 to get the company number there's no such company goggled it nothing.<br> <br> I don't know any more why do you list some one and don't send any communication and when I asked for a statement they pull out a statement with a Kwazulu natal address and which advise I work for the department of health.
