I THINK I HAVE JUST BEEN ****MED

I am blacklisted and approved of loan of R15 000. i had to pay R1250 for admin fees for the lawyer to draw up the agreement, which i thought was odd but paid anyway. i then received the agreement and now have to pay R1999 cost to transfer!!
