***** or Real? BLU

I received an sms this morning from T&***, http://blu.deals/NV31AX I would like to know if they have been reported in the past for misconduct as I responded to Dial *134*419# I responded to their questionnaire and as soon as I did I was asked to say yes at the end when the next thing it gave me a malfunction reply which gave me a bad feeling as I was also asked to enter my ID. Please HELP if anyone has information?
