*****, no responds

I hope you can help, I am having a problem with blue financial services/ credit U, I have been paying them since 2012, and the amount just stays the same, at one point in December they deducted money out of my account without my knoweledge and did not even appologise for it. Now they change their bank account every 3 to 6 months and every time I have to go to the bank and change the stop order. ( note i cancelled the debit order because they just take monies as they please.) Now I have also laid a complaint at the Ncr at ********** and with ********** with no responds.I have also spoken to numerouse consultants whitch is worse than the last one with bad phone etiket, now their manager Ralph Monnye is also no help. I need help with this account. Please can someone assist me
