Fees payable to receive approved loan

<p>Hi there. I need help!!! I was approved for a loan through Blue Financial services but i dont know if its a ****. I apparently have to pay a fee of R3500 and i do not want to do that if i might be caught in a ****. Has anyone ever got a loan paid out from this company??? </p>
