Breach of Loan Agreement

I app**** for a loan of R300 000 with Blue Financial Services on 1/10/2015 which was approved on the 2/10/2015 , then I was told about the administration fee which must be paid in order for the lawyer to draft the agreement letter. I paid R2700 for the adminstration fee on the 5/10/2015 and when I received the agreement letter it mentioned that I have to pay the transfer cost of R6790.00 since I was borrowing a large sum of money. I paid the money and I was promised the money will be paid instantly in my account which never happened instead I received and SMS on 13/10/2015 informing me that the money was on hold because of insurance (not mentioned on agreement letter). I was requested to pay R5980.00 which is refundable and was advised to contact the transferee (Blue Financial Services) which I did. Instead of releasing the money I am told the money was reversed by the Insurance to Blue Financial Service reason being that it was hanging for too long and I am told pay again the transfer cost R6790.00 which I refuse and the said they cannot release the money and they gave me the option to pay the transfer cost or cancel and I told them I won't cancel.
