Got my 2nd account in March 2010. Payment was received and all went well, March 2011 they dep my account with a new reference I was not informed that the company had changed collectors so I did reverse the debit order. Only to be informed after I did my reversal. In Oct 2011 I **** extra payments off R 426.35 which was received. In Feb 2012 my payments was done and I was informed by a company by the name of Polosa that an amount off R1088.57 was still due to settle my account. The amount was paid in to a Std bank account on the 13/03/2014 without receiving a paid up letter. Now after 6 year Integer Capital sends me a statement for an outstanding amount off R1078.25. We have sent this proof off payment to the collectors but they will not except this as proof off payment. I did go to Std bank for help but they cant assist due to there privacy policy.
