Blue Credit Deals - Unauthorized debit orders

I have been contacted by Blue Credit Deals, and have made it clear to them that i'm not interested in their rewards program, yet they have gone and place a debicheck debit order on my account which i have rejected, and has gone through as a debit order off my account. After numerous calls and emails this has not even been cancelled as the Bank has told me to contact the company directly as the bank can't even get the debicheck debit order off my account. This is the worst company to do business with
