Bad Customer Service

I don't think there is anything worse to be assisted by a ton of consultant, yet none of them can assist. I have been transferred to either the incorrect department, or made to hold and no one comes back as if this call or my rime is free. This is the second time in a space of 4 weeks ww does this to me, as if my first complaint about the same thing was not heard.
