AGAIN!!! THIS COMPANY!!!

We have a home loan with blue and AGAIN there is a problem!!! We received a letter from pholosa credit solutions that demand R184 718.22 immediately because: 'we wish to record that despite numerous letters addressed to you we have still not received a positive response from you in relation to the following outstanding account\. I have a few problems with this! We never received any letters! We pay R200 more on our bond EVERY SINGLE MONTH!! The letter is dated 23 February 2015 and we have to respond by 28 February 2015
