Account still not Closed after a year

I am serious Unhappy and will be taking Legal action against this company should this matter not be resolved with Immediate Affect<br> <br> On 09 January 2015 08:41AM an Offer settlement Letter was sent to me email to have the account settled in Full the agreed amount was R27090.80. This was then paid ON 2nd February 2015 at 08:44 AM.<br> <br> Up until today this account was not closed at all on Blue Finance Side, at that stage I was under Debt Counselling and the Contact person was Donne Welgemoed- [Email Removed] who obtained the settlement letter, Proof was sent to Her as well as Verusch Chub - [Email Removed]<br> <br> Only to found out a Year later the account was not closed as per the agreed amount that was paid, and is still reflecting on Transunion.<br> <br> Account information<br> <br> MR AJ NAGEL ID Number : *** Entity ID : QZE14878 Contract No : ***1
