Account paid up but still show as outstanding

I paid up my bond account with Blue in August 2014. It is now February 2015 and I haven't received a statement of account and title deed. When I query with Freddy, he tells me he is busy. I have been calling him since September 2014 and I tells me the very samething every time. This afternoon he told me he will send me an e-mail confirming that my account is paid up, when I call in the afternoon he gave me an attitude and said he is very busy with other staff.<br> <br> Unfortunately this is impacting my credit report very badly because it still shows that I owe the capital amount of R490 000 and I haven't been paying for 3 months, yet I have R0.00 balance.
