*********** with 3rd Party Insurance claim

My staff member drove into my car by accident and has been trying to clam third part of this insurance broker since January. This *********** has been dodging us and making excuses for more than 2 months now. Only yesterday did they appoint a legal person (for unknown reason) and passed this on for processing after many weeks of fighting with them. This rude man has screamed and sworn at both me and my staff member They claim this will take anther 6 weeks (we don't believe it will happen at all), yet he earns R600 premiums per month for this!
