Useless contractor , 2 Years after signing the house building contract with Blue Con , WITH THE EMPHASES ON CON ,the house id only 30% complete and subjected My son to penalties by the bank , the Estate management and costing him a fortune in penalties and interest payments. ********** plans submitted for approval without owners true signatures and their knowledge.
