Hi. Please don't order anything online from the Blue Cart. I ordered an office chair from their online store on 12 December 2023. By mid-January and after many attempts to make contact and get some feedback, I gave up on the chair and requested a refund. I've received an email (finally) requesting banking details and informing me that my case has been escalated. Please don't waste your time or money with this company. Hope this helps.
