The Worst!!!!

The worst online purchase experience. Made a purchase on the 20th of Oct only for it to be delivered 10 days later after I had complained and called (unworking number) sent emails to try get my purchase, as a pose to the 1-3 days delivery they have on their website. However the "owner" personally delivered my packege after my complaints.

Secondly: I ordered 10inch (per discrption on the site) I thought it was odd they were using inches but I googled that into centimeters and it gave me 25cm which I was happy about. My delivery was 43 10cm trophies (tiny) 3inches. The package was opened upon delivery and I was shocked by the size. Took it and thoroughly did my research by measuring and going to the site.

Day after I immediately notified the man who had delivered (the owner) that it wasn't the size I purchase Which was the 31st of October. To date (11 November) no one has contacted me as promised, package hasn't bee collected and I'm nervous I won't get my money back.
