Dont attend games at Loftus!!!!!

I'm very disappointed in the way we were treated on Saturday at Loftus. I have seat for life tickets. Get there our tickets are not working. We were then told by security that we should wait at the gate (gate 11). After 10 min, now it was already about 20 of us) are told to go to the ticket office. Get there security says we can get in, we don't have a valid ticket. Now how on earth are we to sort out the problem???? After an argument with security and security telling me they will hit me, some of us are let in to sort this out. They could not sort it out and gave us comp tickets. We then had to walk all the way to gate 9 to get in. It has taken over an hour just to get to our seats. Eventually we get to our seats and you know what our seats aren't even branded with our names. My seats are 12 and 13. My name is on seat 1 and my wife's name is not even there. I'm also still waiting for my promised blue bulls supporters cap, it's been a year.<br> <br> Blue bulls company, you ask why the stands are so empty it's not because of the rugby. We are true bulls supporters and will always be but the way YOUR Security treat the fans, that's the reason why people don't want to go!!!
