Unhappy customer/Bad service

Blue bottle liquor Constantia gave me the worst service ever. The owner don't deserve the franchise even the staff are not friendly. A person has to swipe for 30rand to get something from the shop. I still asked the staff that l am going to report them, they gave me a rude response and told me that the owner doesn't care. This is really bad service. If l am to rate them out of 10 it will be a 1. I am so disgusted with the service.
