Rude Staff at Blue Bottle Store Elspark

Tonight is the 3rd time I get to Blue bottle Liquor Elspark at 19:40 just to get ignored, and get told that they closed after being ignored by all the staff for 10min. I work late during the week and I rush to get to them before 20:00, just to be told that they are closed. According to trading hours on the board outside the shop they are open till 20:00, so what time does the "Elspark Blue Bottle Store" close? Its terrible service According to me. I will rather support other bottle stores.
