Blue bottle liquor is a ****

Please help me expose Blue bottle liquor XL in Ballito next to Hampshare hotel... I drove all the way from Durban Phoenix to Ballito with a pamphlet clearly showing a special of Savvanah 24x500ml for R249.99.... Before i went there i called spoke to a lady whom confirmed they are the company im looking for and they are running a special...however when i got there the tune changed..it was now a 12 pack not a 24 pack....and they are not Blue bottle liquor...however they have a huge sign outside stating that they are. When i asked Andrew who was helping me figure this out, he said they no longer part of blue bottles liquor, he's waiting for his boss to come back from overseas than remove the sign outside....

He than spoke to Judish who is a GM for blue bottles liquor in KZN.... Eventually pass the phone to me...as i am explaining to this guy that my we got the pamphlet at the Robot in Palmview Phoenix..and i have already came the long way to buy the product....he shows no compassion..instead he argues with me that driving to Ballito from Phoenix is not an hour... I had told him i had already driven an hour to Ballito.... Eventually we didn't get anywhere with him ...i passed the phone back to Andrew.... Few minutes later apparently he called back and said he can't give us what we want but can give us a 12 pack for free if we buy 10 cases.....What ******* is that.... I went there to buy .. I did not go there for charity... After i spent a whole hour sitting there... He can't even speak to me but he sends Andrew to deliver a message.

This company is misleading customers ...which is unfair, petrol is very expensive u can't drive all the way and be treated like *******....

I told them i am having an event i came to buy 15 cases but i am willing to take half of they give me.... Me trying to be reasonable since they saying its a misprint on the pamphlet...but they did not budge...

I am absolutely livid ...
