Extremely Bad service

On June 16, 2024, I paid a deposit of R16,750.00 for the installation of garage doors. However, despite numerous promises, the work remains incomplete. To date, only one single garage door has been installed, and it lacks a motor, rendering it inoperable. My double garage door, which is essential for securing my newly purchased vehicle, remains uninstalled. This vehicle has been left outside for two months, exposed to potential risks. Despite repeated requests and assurances from you, the work has not progressed. I have been patient and communicative, but the lack of progress and unfulfilled promises have led me to take further action. I am filing a complaint with the police department to address this matter. I request a full refund of the deposit paid, considering the unacceptable delay and unprofessional service.</div>
