Do not use this company, they will take your deposit and not deliver

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We got Christo, the owner, number from our neighbor, who had recently installed new garage doors. We got a quote from him and accepted. On acceptance, we paid the deposit of R17000 and was promised the installation will be in the next 2 weeks. After countless excuses, from stock that is stuck at the harbor, to bakkie that is broken, to workers that did not arrive back from holiday after December, you name it, 6 months later and countless phone calls, that goes unanswered, many whatsap messages that he just don't read, we eventually agreed that he will not install the garage doors and return our deposit. That was 2 months ago. we phone him regularly and still many excuses but no money. I've seen a few Hello Peter complaints (unfortunately after I've been a victim) but somehow it disappears from Hello Peter again. This company cannot be supported, they will walk away with your hard earned money. If anyone else was victim of Christo and Blue Bay Security Solutions, please add a review. I will probably never get my money back, but at least I can warn other people to stay away from this person.
