Unhappy Client

My sister turned 50 last week and we were booked in Blue Bay Hotel for the wknd. Very sad we couldn't go because we found out last minute we have chicken pox and we had to quarantine till it's over ( by the way I was sooo sick I thought I'm going to die) . Pass 2 Friday afternoon we came back from the Dr and I immediately informed the Lodge our situation. Up until now I'm struggling with them to give me another wknd or give my money back. I payed R3752 for the entire weekend at blue bay. The receptionist then further went and tell me that they going to take 1 day and we can enjoy the other day in November. I didn't had a problem and wanted to pay for 1 more night as Saldanha is almost 2hours drive from Cape Town....... And can you believe the 1 xtra night is R3700 more than a weekend. This is complete daylight ******* and unhumanly I want my money back or a full weekend I have send them my Dr's certificates but they don't care
