Bad experience with Blue bay lodge and booking.com

Blue bay logde is shown as if located in Langebaan on booking.com and when you make the booking they do not inform you it is not in Langebaan and immediately deduct the payment from your credit card. There is not cancelation option and will not refund anything even if the dates are 3 months in advance. I would never recommend working through booking.com or with blue bay lodge.
