Blue Arrow Driving School

So I started using a driving school based in Port Elizabeth Korsten recently, where they do pick ups and received terrible service. For ***** reason they do not have offices anymore, kind of makes one wonder. I payed the full amount up front (R4000 - drive till you pass) for all the lessons and the date that I need to use the vehicle.

The thing is, my driving instructor (Esselmont Ngah Chacheka) is verbally abusive. At first I thought he was just really strict, but now he's become full-blown condescending, abusive and just being a total jerk, his colleagues are just all the same when I tried to raise the issue with them.

He says things like, 'oh you can't remember how to parallel park, I thought you were better than that, clearly you aren't' and other things that if I said this to anyone in my line of work I'd get punched in the face and fired. He also refused to take me to a lesson once because he was too tired to instruct in the sun, and then he cancelled my next appointment because he had 'an emergency appointment for someone elses drivers'.

This is absolute nonsense and I should not have to take this. I asked him for my money back (I still have R3500 worth of lessons) and he refuses to give me my money back. I told him that he has to, because he has not given me those lessons, plus I have not received what I paid for.

He then told me that he didn't even give me a tax invoice so I don't have any proof. When I asked him for one multiple times (over WhatsApp) he ignores me completely or changes the subject, he even went as far as blocking me.

What do I do? I am so irritated right now, my dads gonna call his lawyer tomorrow, but I wanna get your thoughts on this. What action do I take?

Also, can I tell everyone on my social media of my bad service experience without legal repercussions? I want to tell everyone I can how terrible of a person and how terrible of a driving instructor him and his associates are.
