POSH SHOP AT BLUBIRD DIGUSTING SERVICE AND ATTITUDE PROBLEM OF OWNER

Hi Owner of Posh store bluebird.

Two months ago I have purchased a bag from your store to the value of R1200.00 (10% sale on at the time) I returned this bag to your store not within the 7 days but within the last 3 weeks due to the current pandemic and restrictions. I was then told by you that you understand why I would be upset after purchasing a bag and only using it twice and that the seems have come out and look tatty then you had changed your story advising that no credit/refund would be given or a credit but you would offer me 15% off on my next purchase which I would never purchase again from your store for the lack of customer service provided to me and for your lack of professionalism on the telephone and laughing when questioned if you are the owner as you do not disclose your name nor your partners when this decision was made around my item returned. I have no idea how you can still be operating with this kind of attitude and lack of customer service and professionalism. What you should do is return the bag to your supplier and give me a full credit as asked for as I do not want the bag back..... However you took it upon yourself to take it to Levingers and get it repaired knowing I didn't want it and I could have done this myself however you choose not to answer my calls or my legal departments calls and due to this I will insure that all social media platforms are aware of your response and behaviour telephonically and your lack of customer service beyond measure especially while trading in a well know shopping centre where everyone knows me as I am a well and loyal customer to most stores there for the group I work for...... I think it's best you answer my request and if not I will be taking this to my attorney and apply legal actions against you and your store........ PS make sure your return policy is noted in big in your store since you don't have an online option and also tell your customers when they purchase your terms and conditions failing to do so actually is in return your companies fault for failure to disclose your regulations for refunds and returns actually leaves you liable for damages and poor products. I await your response
