Creepy crawly hose replacement.

I purchased a Blu 52 creepy crawly for my pool and the hoses were faulty winding themselves up and the creepy could not move. I emailed Blu 52 and described the problem. They requested a photograph and thereafter asked for proof of purchase and my physical address. A technician was sent to my home with replacement hoses. Excellent service.
