BLU52 DOES NOT CARRY OUT THEIR GUARANTEE

I purchased Blu52 the first one worked so well like a fool I purchased 2 extra. The second did not work at all I complained on line on their Site. After a few days a woman called me suggesting I find a place to test my water. I went off to Builders was told to add Alkalinity up to my pool after spending close to R80-00 I returned home I realized I was conned at Builders as adding Acid works just as well. I did not need to spend all the money and using acid does the job just as well. Blu52 always tell you to buy new drops every year, another lie. When a HTH floater is used you balance your water using acid only no extra cost is necessary at all it works with HTH drops that are probable older than 5 years. The lady from Blu52 has never got back to me since telling me to buy new drops yearly. The two companies Builders and Blu52 are shocking taking money from pool owners that have not had enough experience with their pools to realize just an HTH floater and the same old test kit you have used over many years and acid will work without having to pay an extra R200 to help use the so called Blu52 that stays green and advertisers a Guarantee that does not materialize. I am sitting with an unused Blu52 and have lost my money with one I used and unable to get them to return my money spent on the junk . How do you get your refund for Guaranteed junk when they do not respond ? Shocking Service
