Poor service

Dear Blue star.

I'm absolutely appalled with the service that I received from your company thus far. On Monday morning we ordered 2 units and made immediate payment which had costed us additional bank fees for fitting on Monday @13:30. This did not happen on Monday either Tuesday or Wednesday. Today (Thursday) a rude and arrogant fittmen crew arrived and left with the job incomplete.

He preceded his work by standing on my granite top which I told him will crack. He continued standing on my granite top with his filthy bare feet although I told him it is not strong enough. He walked my entire house without a mask.

He telephoned me to purchase 2 meters piping conjute which I paid cash for as according to him is not included in the quote. He will help me out by fitting it in. He then requested an additional R100 to fit it. I refused to pay him. He then refused to fit it until he called his superior whom told him that he must install the conjute. In his haste and being very upset he installed it in a slant. His assistant asked him if he needs a level to which he rep**** NO. I told him to make it level and he did not acknowledge my requests to be rectified. At that moment I got frustrated and got vulgar with him. I want to apologize. Upon further inspection we found that nuts bolts missing from outside unit. Hole on wall on one unit filled but the other was not filled in.

Please have all of these attended to asap.
