Unsatisfied Customer

I am terribly disappointed with the service that I am receiving from this company. I received my phone in July last year. In December they fetched it because it was faulty. Till today I have not received my phone back BUT they continuously debit my account. Up to 3 or 4 times a month. THEY ARE HORRIBLE SERVICE PROVIDERS. THE ONLY THING THEY GIVE YOU IS A HEADACHE.
