terrible service and unkept promises

<p>i opened a cellphone contract with blucelldeals which the asked me to pay an amount of R99.00 activation fee of i did. they promised me the delivery will be on tuesday the 28/02/2017 at 15:00 but that never happened. i phoned their switchedboard number which is ********** 030 and got given 3 numbers to call namely 1. ********** 842. 2. ********** 030. 3. ********** . none of these number are answered. its like the company employees are ignoring calls.</p>
