Cancellation and debiting

Good Morning I have an issue with this company which is debiting my account for a cell phone I didn't get I called them last month to cancel cause they have debited my account and I had to reverse. same thing happened this morning even if I have cancelled I reversed the amount and they debited it again. I want my money back and the charges they have created today right now, or I am taking this feather.
