Bad customer service

I made a Putco ticket topup through the blu bus online portal on 26 August 2026, the money was taken from my bank account but when I check the purchase status on their website it shows that the transaction has failed, I requested assistance of either a refund or they load the trips on my card but no one is replying to my email. they have no telephone number to contact them so I am stuck. please stay away from their online services
