Poor quality

I ordered a pair of Blu Betty shoes and a wallet for my wife's birthday but due to the bad quality of the leather on the shoes and the skew and off center printing on the wallet we have no choice but to return these products. I received these items yesterday, the 28th of March 2018 and I was really embarrassed to give my wife these items last night. I did send an e-mail with all the relevant pictures attached and also the collection address but I have not received any feedback from Roxanne or Colleen.

Hello Lee

You emailed Roxanne yesterday 28 March 2018 at 14h28 querying the skew logo stamped onto the wallet. Candice responded on behalf of Roxanne at 15h08 asking if you would be able to send a picture through to us. You responded with your picture of the wallet attached at 15h13 also stating that you were going to ask whether it would be an issue for your wife. At 07h39 this morning, 29 March, you sent both Colleen and Roxanne an email stating that you wish to be refunded for both the Geordi Baobab and wallet purchased making reference to bad quality leather. The pictures attached in this email of the Geordi show evidence of creases in the leather. Leather is a natural product and therefore there are variations in texture and colour that occur. It is by no means an indication of below-par quality. Both your FreshBooks invoice and our Store Terms and Conditions on the website make provision for certain imperfections that occur organically.
The entire Blu Betty team, was in training this morning which would account for you not having received a response to your email sent approximately 5 hours ago.
We are more than happy to process your refund and will be doing so for you today.
Many thanks,
Shannon.

Best regards,

Good day Shannon, I received my refund, thank you. If I can give you some advice for future reference it would be to thank your clients firstly for their interest in your product and secondly to build a relationship with your clients and acknowledge their query/problem instead of just starting your response with dates etc. It is very unprofessional and rude.
