Excellent after-sale service!!

I have 6 pairs of Blu Betty's and they are at the top of favourites shoes.

I've received good service with the purchase of the shoes, but I always believe that it is the service after the purchase that counts, and Blu Betty passed with flying colours!

Earlier this year I bought a pair of Classicos but started to pull apart at the sole. With a sad heart, I contacted them with my dilemma. They were quick to respond and offer to replace my current pair.

The whole process of replacing the pair took about a week, which I would rate as damn impressive, considering their normal manufacturing time and delivery time.
