Blu Approved a complete ripoff

I just bought Prepaid Electricity for R200 for two R100 vouchers in La Montagne Spar. The electricity units are 9.90 There's absolutely no way R100 electricity can be less than 10 units. I am going to follow up on this matter because we are being milked live by this vendor. The price is exorbitant and quite frankly it's ********ity at its best milking clients like this. I will not rest until I get value for my Money. Be it in the units being funded back to my meter.
