Annoying Marketing

I having problems with this company were by they are forcing to sell their products to me after numerous attempts telling them to take me of their list of people who they want to sell to or market since I'm not interested. Worse put when you try and explain it to the consultants they hang up on you just to be call by another person couple of days later. How do I report them to POPI since they call me even over weekends.
