Blu Advance took My 9 units of electricity

On the 30th I purchased electricity and it was short of 9 units then I called Capitec Bank to ask why then they told about electricity advance that I owe electricity and I have no idea about the electricity advance. I called Blu Advance they didn't help me . Blue Advance is busy with our money...Please help me I need my 9 units of electricity...
