BLS Spain Centurion - how useless?

I submitted my visa application to Spain 4 weeks ago for travel in November. BLS Spain messed up the submission and issued a visa for December. I had to resubmit my Visa application and amend my travel plans to December. Now I have been waiting 2 weeks again for my Visa and have received no feedback from BLS Centurion. I have to travel to Spain on Sunday 8 Dec and when I got to BLS Centurion today they were close for holiday. Without letting anyone know. What should I do know??? Resubmit again? Change the flights and incur costs again. This trip has cost me more than R50k by now because of the incompetence of BLS Centurion?
